There were so many friends and family this past weekend at my music gigs with both The Sassy Brown Trio (Lauren Brown, Glen Butts and myself) on Friday night at Champy's in Alabaster....and then Saturday night at Oasis in Lakeview with The Sassy Brown Band (same three plus Seebie Camp on bass). Both nights were standing room only! And a special "thank-you" to my music mentor and father Vince Oliver for rockin' the house during his special sit-in set at Champy's! The crowd (as always) loved him! Also a special shout-out to my wife Miranda, son VJ, daughters Morgan and Bailey and son-in-law Brandon for coming out too...I am truly blessed with so many wonderful people in my life!
